Poster presentation of the WODAN project at the National Roads Authority conference in Dublin.

Round table meeting with Ingelise Stuijts, Lorna O’Donnell, Anthony Corns, John Mc Auley and John White. IT present flow diagrams of the charcoal and wood database, and discussions are held regarding the appearance of the website.

John White starts work in the Discovery Programme as a Web designer, he will start work on the ‘front end’ of the web based database.

Round table meeting with Ingelise Stuijts, Lorna O’Donnell, Anthony Corns and John Mc Auley. Discussion of the structure of the database and the wood and charcoal fields.

Poster presented at the IAI conference in Dublin.

Lorna O’Donnell starts work as the research assistant for the project.

A variety of people including specialists and archaeologists were contacted to introduce the WODAN project and invited to attend the International workshop on the project on the 6th of October.

IWAA members and interested parties were invited to attend a workshop on the 17th of November in Dublin.
